Plans for Expansion: The Collective Files Paperwork for Youth Center at Abandoned St. Lawrence Auto Works Property

Press Release
January 15th, 2019

The Collective of the Censer is over-the-moon thrilled to announce their plans to secure a location for their long-planned youth center.

Collective spokesman Kenneth Darby, formerly a partner at The Law Offices of Darby and Darby, revealed to a small gathering of reporters and influencers early Saturday morning that the property on which the long-defunct St. Lawrence Auto Works sits has been identified as the ideal setting for the proposed 10,000 square-foot facility. According to Darby, all structures on the property would be bulldozed and soil remediation would be first on the list of actionable items.

“It feels wonderful knowing we have a chance to turn such an unsightly blemish on our community into something truly useful and beautiful; a place for everyone to enjoy.” Darby said.

Founder and Benevolent Mother Marie St. Lawrence announced on Saturday that her revolutionary spiritual organization had filed all the appropriate local, state, and federal paperwork, and were already fielding quotes for the new construction project with several local contractors and architectural firms.

“We have a few more obstacles to overcome,” St. Lawrence remarked at the press conference held in front of The Collective of the Censer’s sprawling compound, “but we couldn’t be happier about the opportunity to serve New England’s young people.”
